Poultry Ranger 6 from the Haniwa Banditos Series.
A brand new series inspired by my travels abroad, pop culture, and my healthy obsession with masks :)
Haniwa - ancient terra-cotta clay figures which were made for ritual use and buried with the dead as funerary objects during the Kofun period (3rd to 6th centuries AD) of the history of Japan.
This piece is made out of low fire clay and wire.
It measures 15"H x 6.5"w x 10"d (38 x 16 x 26 cm).
Poultry Ranger 6 is finished and ready to go to a good home.
Please, be aware that these are one of a kind pieces. They are imperfect by nature, so any hairline cracks, flaws, roughness, or texture discrepancies, are part of the piece's charm.
I am happy to answer any questions about the piece or my thought process for making my artwork.
I do ship internationally. Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote.
Enjoy!
